The "Dream Incentive is You!" campaign

The "Youth of Russia" platform is now accepting applications for the All-Russian competition "The Incentive to Dream is You!"

The Federal Agency for Youth Affairs is holding the "Incentive to Dream is You!" campaign from June 26 to July 10, 2026, to coincide with the International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking.

Citizens of the Russian Federation aged 18 to 35 are eligible to participate.

What you need to do

• Shoot a video — the length and format are up to you;
• Publish it on your personal VKontakte page with the hashtags #СтимулМоейЧты2026 and ПротивНаркотики2026;
• Upload the video to Yandex Disk;
• Register on the "Youth of Russia" platform by July 10th and submit an application, attaching links to the video.

What participants will receive

Experts will select three winners and seven runners-up. All will receive valuable prizes. And most importantly, your voice will be heard.
